I like ordering movies "for the kids" knowing that I will take rare moments to sit and enjoy the movie myself. Like this:

I received an unexpected Starbucks card in the mail from my brother and his wife (thanks guys!!) and used it to discover how wonderfully strong and cheap an iced Americano is at Starbucks is. Add whole milk and sugar and there you have a little slice of heaven.

I started this sewing project - burp cloths for my friend, Katie, back in Pittsburgh who had a baby in January. I'm a little late, but it's better than never, right? I'm currently living by the motto I saw posted in a house with a family of six kids: "If it weren't for procrastination, nothing would ever get done." I love it.

These boots. My family thinks they are ugly as sin, but I love them, they are incredibly comfortable and will look fabulous with a pair of skinny jeans. A big "thanks" to my hubby for working approximately 2 weeks to pay for these (hehe).
The only problem with buying pretty new stuff? It makes you want other pretty new stuff (like skinny jeans) and so I must be done with clothing shopping for awhile.

Question: Should I have reservations about posting my blog info on Facebook? I would probably get loads more readers, but do I really want that? I think I currently have a pretty intimate audience (although there is no way for me to know) and I kind of like that. It's something to ponder...

FB is more "intimate" than a public blog simply because you choose who to interact with. I say link it. :)
well...you know how I feel about your giving all sorts of info and having it float around the world for any Tom, Dick or Harry to pick up and use for bad things...but that's just your old fashioned mothers opinion. Love, Mom
i've put it out there about my blog to some friends i don't see a lot and haven't had any response, that i know of. . . i'm an open book though, really not worried about hidding things, i like to share!
