Samuel Turns 5

Samuel turned five on New Year's Eve and we celebrated by going to OMSI, Red Robin and doing cupcakes and presents at our house afterwards. It was very last minute and small, but I knew he would have a great time whatever we did.

Here he is at OMSI playing in the sand. And here's Juliet while she was still happy. Where is that girl's hair?!
And here are the party attendants - all boy. All the time.

Jude can be such a weirdo!

Samuel stood in front of the green screen and watched himself on the TV.

Here's Juliet at Red Robin trying her hand at lemons. She didn't love them.
This was Samuel while they were singing "Happy Birthday" to him. I forced the boys to eat chicken cesear wraps instead of burgers because they had so much ice cream and cupcakes that day. They actually didn't mind!

Here's Samuel with his cupcake. He wanted vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting. We ended up doing the chocolate chip cupcakes found in Martha Stewart's "Cupcakes" cookbook. They were tasty and very dangerous to have around that week!

And here's Samuel opening his presents. Legos and Transformers were the highlight.
