And much to my glee as I was perusing a sewing blog this morning, I discovered this tutorial that shows people who don't want to fork over $118 how to make it yourself!! Yay! Apparently I need to be investing in a ruffle foot for my sewing machine, so I won't tear my hair out.
It feels like Christmas came a little early for me =). The only drawback? How much will all those yards of fabric cost??

Sometimes that is the downside--the cost of the fabric. In several projects I've done for myself this way, I found that I actually didn't save very much money. But the feeling of knowing I did it myself is a good one. =)
