Here are some wonderful bib necklaces. However, I have to laugh at the hefty price tag and would LOVE to know how to make one!! Does anyone know how? It's the flowers that would stump me.

Maybe you could tweak them a bit for the necklace?
They look like just twists of similarly colored fabrics, or possibly ribbon. I'm sure you have fabric scraps lying around- I say grab a glue-gun and experiment, you'll figure it out in no time I bet!
