Experimenting With Photoshop

Ok - I've been playing in Photoshop a bit. Here's what I did to these pictures (and I'm not kidding):

Duplicate layer
Reduce saturation
Duplicate layer
Convert to black and white
Increase contrast a whole bunch
Duplicate layer
Convert to sepia
Reduce opacity to 40%
Increase contrast again to 30
Duplicate layer
Add Gaussian blur
Change opacity to 60% w/181 pixels.

There has got to be an easier way!! Oh, it's called Photoshop CS3.
